All orders, providing in stock, will be dispatched within 3 working days, providing payment has cleared. Please note that not all items listed are held in stock but are usually available within 1 - 2 working days. Cash on collection is available but please ring us first to arrange a time. Please note we cannot take card payments over the phone or for collections.

For any goods delivered in error caused by ourselves we will reimburse the postage costs for returning items as a discount off your next order. We will then replace the order with the correct goods.

For any delivery problems or damaged goods please let us know within 24 hrs of receiving the goods. Please keep any damaged packaging and/or goods until you are advised of the next step. Taking a digital photo is vital. This can be sent to us either by email or to a mobile phone (number supplied upon request). Any returns must be arranged with us  by phone or email to let us know how and when you intended to return any such items. This must be within 7 days.


We accept payment by:
CASH : on collection. CASH ON DELIVERY : With Local Delivery Only. (within a 10 mile radius ). Please have the correct money, as we do not carry any change. Deliveries over this distance will be by courier. CHEQUES: made payable to Greenfingers Hydroponics. Please allow seven days to clear before your order can be processed.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS:   These can only be used through PayPal.

£750.00 - over = Free
There are some exceptions to postage costs ie heavier items and/or distance. Please contact us for details or we will try to contact you if delivery will be more before processing your order.

Please note we are a UK based company and delivery charges are for UK cusomers only. Please email or ring for any other destination as these can be considerably more.
