These bulbs are self ballasted, give off minimal heat with good light levels. Use the blue 125w/250w for growing and the red 125w/250w for flowering. The 125w should fit any standard reflector but the 250w being a larger bulb fits either the CFL Pro Reflector or the SunMate CFL Reflector. To get the best results place 4-5cm above plants.
