The Sodium Grolux Lamp has been specifically developed for horticultural applications and optimum plant growth. Effectively the same as a normal sodium lamp, Grolux lamps have been colour adjusted to provide a much broader spectrum of light (notably in the blue spectrum) which makes them perform exceptionally well in both the vegetative and flowering stages.

These bulbs are self ballasted, give off minimal heat with good light levels. Use the blue for growing and the red for flowering. The 125w should fit any standard reflector but the 250w being a larger bulb fits either the CFL Pro Reflector or the SunMate CFL Reflector. To get the best results place 4-5cm above plants.
