We are a hydroponic retailer based 10 mins from Eastbourne, or about an hour from Brighton/ Worthing & Hastings. Our showroom is situated on a quiet farm at Berwick, off the A27. We welcome collections but please ring us first to arrange a suitable time and to check we have the items in stock. Evening weekday collections are available up to 8.00pm, and Saturdays between 8.30am and 12.30pm. To get to our showroom follow the A27 to the Drusillas roundabout, take the Berwick (Station Road) exit (right from Eastbourne direction or left from Brighton/Lewes) and follow the road down through Berwick village, and 1/2 mile after the railway crossing take the left turning into Lower Wick St. (Sign posted Laughton & Ripe), follow the road round until you come to Mays Farm. We are just up the track with Greenfingers on the door!

It is our aim to supply the general public with quality products at the best prices. If there is anything you cant find on our website please contact us and we'll try our best to source it for you. Please feel free to contact for any reason, wether it be a general query, a problem to solve or with an order to place. All orders, providing in stock, will be dispatched within 3 working days, providing payment has cleared. Orders over £150.00 may be subject to a deposit. Cash on collection is available but please ring us first to arrange a time. For any delivery problems or damaged goods please let us know within 24 hrs of receiving the goods. Please keep any damaged packaging and/or goods until you are advised of the next step. Taking a digital photo is also required. These can be emailed or to a mobile phone (number provided upon request) Any returns must be arranged with us  by phone or email to let us know how and when you intended to return any such items. This must be within 7 days.

Please note we do not keep all items advertised in stock but are normally with us within 24-48hrs. This may delay your order but will be prioritised upon delivery from courier.


We accept payment by:
CASH : on collection. CASH ON DELIVERY : With Local Delivery Only. (within a 10 mile radius ). Please have the correct money, as we do not carry any change. Deliveries over this distance will be by courier. CHEQUES: made payable to Greenfingers Hydroponics. Please allow seven days to clear before your order can be processed.
DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS:   These can only be used through PayPal. No items will be dispatched until payment has cleared. PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE A SECURE CHECKOUT AND OUT SSL CERTIFICATE CAN BE CLICKED BY THE LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE.

* Please note that there are some exceptions to postage costs ie heavier items and/or distance. Soil, coco, clay pebbles, perlite and vermiculite all carry a delivery charge of £7.95 per bag. Tents have a carriage charge of £9.99 or £20.00 depending on size. Some grow systems have a carriage charge of £15-£20 depending on size. Some of our larger items can only be colected. This will be advised upon each order. For some orders ie 7 or more bags of soil or mixed items, we may be able to offer a discount by sending orders on a pallet. If you are in any doubt please contact us for details, preferably before ordering. In any other circumstances such as a multi order of ballasts, we will email you with the extra postage cost before processing your order.

Please note we are a UK based company and delivery charges are for mainland UK customers only. Please email or ring before ordering for any other destination as these can be considerably more.
